3. What happens if I make a request for an appointment?
During this pandemic, you need to fill out a Covid19 Prescreening form which will also include information about the nature of dental concerns.
Please make sure that you answer the questionnaire as honestly as you could. Dental Clinics may have different ways in implementing the New Covid 19 Clinic Protocols.
After you request for appointments using Dentistangpinoy.com, notification will be sent to the dentist of your choice. The dentist will then make an assessment of your submission and check if you are qualified for an appointment. You will be contacted or a phone consult or interview to confirm your appointment, inform you if your request has been denied, or refer you to another specialist if your dental concern is not within the scope of their practice.
4. What happens if the dentist will not respond to request?
Dentistangpinoy.com do not have control over how the dentists or dental clinics manages their bookings. However, you may submit a report to us and we will try to get in touch with the dentist or clinic using our system.
5. Can I cancel my request for an appointment?
Once you submit your request for appointment, the system will send a notification to the dentist and dental clinic. Currently, we do not have the option to cancel requests. However, you can directly send a message to the dentist through the contact details on their listing page.
We discourage unnecessary cancellations because dentists during this time of the pandemic are making sure that appointments are organized.

5. What are the basic listing guidelines?
The following basic guidelines should be followed:
● Your listings should be legally operated and include the name of the licensed dentist(s) and clinic name, address and contact details.
● Listings should not contain adult related content (personals, pornography, sexual device)
● Listings that sell drugs and medications directly to patients or other users of the site will be removed.
● Listings should be professional looking and the decision if your Listing do meet requirements or not is totally at the discretion of DentistangPinoy.com. It may be for other reason than the above stated.

6. How much time does it take to get approval?
We try to make sure that approvals for listings are granted in the quickest possible time. In most cases, approval is granted within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive a notification as soon as your listing is live on DentistangPinoy.com
7. Do I have to commit to a yearly subscription?
No. You need not sign up for yearly subscriptions if you do not wish to. We offer a minimum of 3 months subscription to give Members time to adjust, enjoy and explore features of the site.
8. Can I add images to a free listing?
Yes. We allow the addition of one image for the Free Listing.
9. What does a Premium Directory Listing offer?

You will have to pay for the Featured Directory Listings in advance.
12. Can I modify a submitted Directory Listing?
Yes. You can modify a listing as many times as you need. In some occasions it will take us 24-48 hours to update the listing at our end after it has been reviewed by our team, or changes may also be seen instantly.
13. Can I upgrade my Directory Listing?
Yes. You can upgrade your directory listing anytime by logging into your account and then click on upgrade the listing to complete the process.
14. Do you list dental clinics that have not made their own submission to the Directory?
Yes. We want our directory to be comprehensive so we may add dental clinics which background and credentials have been researched by our team. The Clinic profile may be our own description or a ‘copyright fair-use’ excerpt from the publicity material of the company. These will usually appear in a free listing style.
If a clinic subsequently makes their own successful submission to the directory, we shall replace our content with that submission.
15. Can I have a Directory Listing removed?
Yes. You can remove your listing anytime you want by informing us.
16. What happens to Featured Directory Listings after expiration of paid service?
If you have not renewed your listing online before expiration of paid service, the listing will revert to a Free Directory Listing or may be removed entirely at the discretion of DenstistangPinoy admin.
17. What happens in I am unable to locate a relevant category or location at the time of creating my listing?
We suggest that you select the category closest to your service. The team will make modifications or reach out to you for clarification before the approval of the listing. You may also contact us thru info@dentistangpinoy.com
