This Listings Service Agreement is made and entered into between DentistangPinoy.com Listings and the Subscriber (the individual dentist or the authorized representative of an existing company or corporation, thereafter referred to as “Subscriber” or “You”) when registering and accepting this Agreement .
Clicking on the 'I Accept' button or similar button or link has the effect of accepting this Agreement. In so doing and in the case of a juridical entity, it is an acknowledgement and warranty that the representative is authorized to enter into this Agreement on behalf of the Subscriber, that the representative’s acceptance of this Agreement has the effect of making the Subscriber a party bound to this Agreement, and that the information submitted to DentistangPinoy.com Listings, via online forms or otherwise, is and will continue to be authentic and correct.
DentistangPinoy.com Listings may, at any time in its sole discretion, with or without cause, terminate this Agreement and/or cancel any listings or links submitted under this Agreement.
III. Registration
Following submission by the Subscriber of a Professional or Business Listing submission form, DentistangPinoy.com Listings will review the same to determine whether Subscriber's Professional or Business Listing entry and applicable information and/or online links are eligible for inclusion in DentistangPinoy.com. You will be notified thereafter of DentistangPinoy.com’s decision.
IV. Warranties of Subscriber
You represent and warrant that its listings, links and submissions to the DentistangPinoy.com site do not, and will not include content, or links to content, which may result in a claim against, or civil or criminal liability to DentistangPinoy.com Listings or that otherwise violates applicable laws or the terms of this agreement, including, without limitation, content that is fraudulent, deceptive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, adult-themed, infringing or that violates the privacy, publicity or any other right(s) of a third party.
By providing any material to the website, and for us to be able to use it, you confirm that:
• if you are listing for your professional practice, you are a registered dentist in the Philippines
• your material is your own original work, or you are authorized to provide it to the website;
• your material is not defamatory (that is, it does not damage someone’s does not take away or affect any other person’s privacy rights, copyright, contract good reputation);
• rights or any other rights, and
• your material does not otherwise break any Philippine Laws;
• you have the right to give us permission to use it for the purposes specified above.

All listings will remain free during a trial period which will be specified in the website, after which, should you want to continue the service, you will need to upgrade to the fee-based packages. The details and the terms of payment for such listings are displayed at all times on this website.
You understand that a listing will not automatically be renewed on the date of its expiration and needs to be renewed before said date in order for the service to be continued. In cases of the renewal, the same shall be performed in accordance with the manner of payment originally chosen by the Subscriber and at the price rate of the original subscription. However, a listing for one Subscriber cannot be substituted for a listing for another.
Where you require a listing to be removed immediately, please contact DentistangPinoy.com Listings. However, no refund will be given for the remaining period of subscription. If you remove a listing, any reinstatement of the said listing will be subject to the rate of the available subscriptions.

• a description of where the infringing material is located on the site;
• your address, email address, and telephone number;
